Speed Up the Preview Timing of Windows Taskbar

Wherever Mouse pointer hoover over the taskbar for a few second in windows 7 or Windows Vista its display the preview of opened App or opened media. By default the preview show up time is 400 MilliSeconds,but just in case you want to make more faster preview show up time then it can be done with the following registry tweak.

Press Window Button+R to open the RUN box, Type “regedit” Hit ENTER it’ll take you to the registry editor there just go to the following path:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced

Now select Advanced and highlight it, right click of your mouse and choose “New DWORD(32-Bit) and give that DWORD name as “ExtendedUIHoverTime”.

Now Double click on that “ExtendedUIHoverTime” it’ll pop up box there you’ll choose “Decimal” at right side to insert the show up time in “MilliSeconds” in “Value Data” and click Ok and its done!!
